RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

No Returns: Since wigs and similar products are personal and hygiene-related, we do not accept returns once a product has been used, opened, or tried.

Refunds: Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

Non-delivery of the product.

Item received is damaged or defective on arrival.

Not Eligible for Refund: Refunds are not provided for issues of quality perception, size preference, or if the product has been opened/used without actual damage.

Process: If your item qualifies, contact us at girlymeoutlet@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos of the issue. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after approval.
